Lifted weights today at the gym – did squats and Oh my – legs are sore.
Did Nu-Step for 15 minutes.
and ate a very healthy breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.
Supper on the other hand was protein – as in a steak.
If I get out of bed in the morning and make it down the stairs to the car I will be thrilled.
Very sore.
But life is good.
