We are boring….

Mr. Incredible is on-call for the weekend - so we are home. Although if he wasn’t on-call I don’t think we would have gone anywhere anyway - we are boring people. Mr. Incredible would rather not be around a bunch of people and family gatherings on my side includes a bunch of people. It’s going to be a long weekend - and while we could/should be doing some sort of home improvement project, neither one of us wants to do one.

Sure - just my luck - I just type that and now we have to go to the hardware store…. I’d let him go by himself - but do you realize how dangerous that is? Hundreds can be spent in that store just by him walking through the door.

I should go to the food store - they won’t be open tomorrow or Monday - I’m guessing we will be grilling something this weekend and it would probably be a good thing to have meat to grill and other food to eat with it….

That’s it - nothing exciting.

I’m not sure boring is the appropriate word, more like Married: With Children!!!

The food store is closed there? They are all open here. I know what you mean about the hardware store…there are 3 places my hubby should not go alone..Lowes, and Harley Davidson store and any hobby shop.

I had my adventures yesterday I am in for the rest of the long weekend and thats fine with me! Hubby is working though :(

I didn’t realize Super heros took call! I guess it would make sense that they would want a day they didn’t have to fight crime.

I’ll check back later to see if you answered the Sunday Six. We played.

    me: Good for you!

Pro D - perhaps that is a better anaology…but I don’t want Mr. Incredible to become Al.

Vani: We will have fun - we have Pan and Tink…it’s always an adventure…sorry Hubby has to work.

Mel: - I live in a small, small town - we have 1 food store and their policy is to be closed on Sunday’s and Holidays.

Timestep - My hubby has been on-call for the past 6 years for most holidays…it’s just the way life is in our house. I’ll let you know when Sunday six is up - I’m slow on weekends…
