There’s ticked off - and then there’s me right now…

I am sooooo mad. Mad isn’t the word, ticked off doesn’t cover it either.

We have a leather couch. It’s a lighter tan…. and PAN - my 6 YEAR OLD wrote on it with blue ink pen. Do you see the steam rolling out of my ears????

I scrubbed on the damn thing for an hour - and nothing… resorted to hairspray -DO.NOT.USE HAIRSPRAY ON LEATHER COUCH to remove ink -it will remove the ink - but it also takes the color out….am going to call the “stainguard” company in the morning - and hope like mad they will come and remove the other marks.

The.kid.is.in.so.much.trouble.

I can’t believe he did it - he thought we would think Tink did it and she would get in trouble…which makes it even worse. I am so frustrated - that I.Have.No.WORDS…None….

Yyyyyeah… Birdie did that to the arm my BRAND NEWLY REUPHOLSTERED chair that I adore. I got the spot cleaned, and then a spot the size of half of a dime? the fibers fell out. I cried… that was a few months ago. I’m still not over it.

    Sorry.

Oh no…..My sister used to do that to me (no not write on me)- she used to do things that I would get in trouble for….most memorable (and she finally admitted to it a few years ago) she put shaving cream in my daddy’s work boots - I got in soooooo much trouble for that…..But I will get revenge - I am patient….revenge will be mine…..

Oh I hope the company can come and get it out - I would have tried the hairspray thing too…yikes

Yep, I know how it is!! I remember when we got brand new carpet, and the kid decided she wanted to spit red kool aid on it. Yes, spit. Not spill. Spit. Yah, not funny!! I was pissed! The stain never came out. It faded, but never came out. We lived with that lovely red/pink stain for several years. Then moved. Not because of that! lol

I feel the pain. I bought a new futon last summer and some stupid lush *nasty chick* was smoking in my house, when she wasn’t supposed to be and burnt a hole in it. I could have killed her. Needless to say, she doesn’t come over anymore.

Hope you have some luck with getting it out!

    I have had days where my little princess has caused steam to come from my ears. There are days where I feel at a complete loss as to what to do next. {{{hugs}}}

I would think to count to 10 before you approach him but in this case, maybe you want to count to 100!!!

I had that one time except it was an accident. It wore off on it’s own after a while.

    BEEN THERE.
    DONE THAT.

    Coffeekid was 15 month old.

Beige leather furniture was delivered THAT AFTERNOON and by 6:pm we discovered he hit the couch, cushions, arms and chair with a blue pen.

Too funny you just went through it too… except ummm, since he is SIX it’s almost unblievable.
