I walked for an hour tonight - I’m kinda tired - BUT I did get to watch a few episodes of Grey’s Anatomy first season.. (a x-mas gift from Mr. I). I’ve decided that if I put one of the kids’ portable DVD player in front of the treadmill my neck doesn’t get as sore as when trying to watch the big TV - and as long as there is something to watch, then I’ll walk.

I’m impressed an hour of walking.. Now that is what I need to .. OH this reminds me of another post(ugh this will make 3 for me today) that I’m going to go over and post now LOL.
