The post that almost wasn’t….

or The post that isn’t.

I had a rant all typed out - felt soo good to get it out, and then, as I was proofing it - realized, ‘I can’t post this.’ and then proceeded to delete, delete, delete, and delete - yep it was a long one.

So here are a few updates…

1) Mr. Incredible heard from his Doctor. Apparently he has a fatty liver, which when you look at him, you kinda wonder how this is possible, but whatever. Diet and exercise. So in addition the diet we are supposed to be following for his Barrett’s Esophagus, we have an additional diet - I’m thinking he can eat Fresh Fruits (non-acidic of course), Veggies and fish - that’s about it. Will ask for a referral to a dietitian - so I can be better at this.

2) I don’t really have a “2″ but you can’t have a “1″ without a two. Watching the Twins - they are actually winning (8 to 4 - the batter just hit a double(he made it to 2nd and the guys on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd - all made it home) that scored three runs - what’s that called?) against the white sox, not that I really care either way, but nothing else is on TV - seriously - who watches the Miss Universe pageant?

I should go fold the two baskets of laundry that are just waiting by the dryer with my name on them, but sometimes folded laundry is soooo overrated, and this would be one of those times….

Work is going to be busy again this week. I have a board meeting tomorrow night, I have payroll this week, I have so much to do and so little time…makes me wish I would have gone in today just to try to get caught up.

Have a great Tuesday!

You’d think somebody would come up with a machine that washes, drys and FOLDS clothes.

Maybe we can get our men working on that.

Personally I’m not agreeing or feeling comfortable with your husbands doctors nor their thoughts.

In my esteemed opinion, folded clothes are almost ALWAYS more trouble than they are worth.

Dietary !*@^$! You have my sympathy… as does Mr. Incredible.

I leave the laundry to Don. He does a pretty good job, and I don’t have to worry about hanging, folding, etc. Of course, this often means he ends up with extra cash since I tend to forget to clean out my pockets - this week was $5… A small price to pay.

Dont get me started on laundry! IT takes on a life of its own at this house…it makes no sense either.

Blogarita - you know if laundry was the mans’ job - they would invent that.

    aka_Meritt - I agree…

    tug - 3 run double…thanks!

    bon - exactly!

KC - Maybe we will all be a little healthier….

Choppzs - It should be a four letter word.

Joeinvegas - yes, I will take full responsiblity - now I wish I would have seen it - she tripped?

Vani- I’m sure he will live until he dies…

Sans - you are more than welcome to fold - that was great!

Shannin - hmmm do you need a roommate?

Mel - some days I swear it breeds!

I agree with Merritt once again - I think a second opinion is warranted here.

Awww you watched the Twins. I am not a huge baseball fan but I do enjoy going to a live game. I need to get some tickets to go see them soon. OH and I bought a jersey last year - 48 Tori Hunter!

    Excellent news about Mr. Incredible!!

So very glad to hear it!!

You will find the dieticians are magicians and can make many recommendations based on diagnoses… they can make life tolerable and give you great ideas!

So very happy about the news… now it’s just to deal with the Barretts junk!

Did you see the entire Twins White Sox series???

    I just love those boys!

I went to Joann fabrics and I am making myself a cuddle blanket in Twins fleece…

My husband thinks I’ve gone a bit too far now.

Dr. Mom - I did not see the entire series - I’m not huge into any particular sport, I enjoy watching once in a while…a cuddle blanket… what a good idea for a sports nut I know.
