You know, how it is.
You think you know someone, and then…
and then your whole vision of them changes.
and you realize it wasn’t just one thing that did it, it was a whole bunch of little things…but it might have been one little thing that put it over the edge, that made me realize, made me see what I had been ignoring, …It’s just not worth it.
My life, is worth more than THIS.
So…
Shame on me for trusting them.
Shame on me for thinking we were friends.
Shame on me for wasting my time on that friendship.
and
Shame on me for wasting a post on it.
Stick a fork in me - I’m done.

I have come to this realization before in my life - and you are right its not just one thing - its all the little things….just be glad that you have now recognized it and can move forward accordingly!

I’m not sure what happened, but I still know where you’re coming from. I had a co-worker commiserate with me about how horrible a certain job had become, then turn around and “rat me out” when I began looking for something else. We were good friends up until then. I thought.
Hope things look up for you soon! At least you have a long weekend to be away from her/him!

i’ve been there before, i know what you mean. its sad to realize how low people can sink. one of the reasons why i’m leaving my job, my co-workers suck too!
