Why is it that they can sit in our living room for two hours and we struggle to come up with something to stay, but 15 minutes before they have to leave, they are full of conversation, things to say, etc.

It’s the law. I do it to K all the time…I’ll be there all weekend, and the minute I leave I’m calling her saying “Forgot this! AND THIS!”

This usually happens to me on the phone. One of us will say we have to go, and 15 minutes later we’re still on the line.
