Sentences…

I want….

I need….

why can’t I ever complete these sentences.

It should be so simple, I should be able to say what I need, what I want….

and yet,

I can’t.

I carefully select my words when dealing with co-workers, so as to not upset them…. and the thing is - I don’t know what I want…. I’m so not in control right now, and I don’t like that.

WTF?

Gonna get all Tony Robbins here for a sec.

It’s times like this that I realize how important semantics are.

    How about:
    “I must…”

It’s actually simple to get what you want. All you have to do is one thing… Decide to.

Granted, it gets difficult when you are uncertain as to what you want. So sit down, and make a list of everything you want. Then choose as to which ones are “musts.” From there it’s easy.

You are loved and have support, so half the battle is won.

And you can always shoot me an email when you need a cheerleader…

    Lubya!

But you are Fantastagirl, able to leap tall buildings with a single bound. Just tell them what you want them to do. Go for it.

OK. I’m (a lot) older than you, so this is from experience. And practice. Start with something small…work your way up. Talk to yourself before…(& the hardest part)…BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. You KNOW how important you are there, how much you do. BELIEVE IT. Do the corny ‘post-it notes’ on your mirror, in your car…POSITIVE THINKING. And like I said. Start small…work your way up. You totally deserve this for YOU. Your health with thank you…stress & frustration suck.

Best wishes…you have my e-mail if you need or want to use it! ;-)

    ((hugs))
