As of 8:30 pm Thursday, Grandma is still in the hospital. A specialist from Mega City has been monitoring her case, as the hospital she is in is basically a heli-pad…. she is stubborn, she likes the nurses at the hospital, and they trust their family doctor…. the specialist will tell her something and she will consult with family Dr. before
Her blood sugar is not stable - it is all over the place. She will stay in the hospital until she is stable. I talked to her tonight - she is tired, but doing okay.
Grandpa on the other hand is soooo worried - he is not staying at the farm, but in town with my Aunt so he is just literally a few minutes away - (I think they are just 8 blocks away).

Sorry for not updating sooner - but life has been very happening here.
Blue - They haven’t figured out why this happened - of course no one is saying anything…. My Grandparents are not the type to sue, so I am sure they will hope that their insurance pays for her hospital stay and just tell their friends and family to be extra careful when taking prescriptions… very very scary.

Thanks for the update girlfriend… I have been thinking about her and hoping that she bounced back by now. Dang… I’m still so mad about this and it’s not even my grandmother!

I’m glad she’s doing better. What a horrible mix up. I hope they figure out how it happened, so it doesn’t happen again. More so, I hope your grandmother makes a very speedy and as complete as possible recovery.
