Something to think about

The other day at work, the gals and I were discussing families and how our relatives have died - Heart attacks, strokes, cancer etc.   One Co-worker  ‘R’ said her father had several little heart attacks before he had a major one and passed away.  I wonder - does that put her at a higher Heart Attack Risk?   Then I found this website - and it lists all the factors that put a person at risk for a sudden cardiac arrest.   You can even answer a little quiz to see if you fall into one of these catergories - I do believe I will be sending this link to my co-worker ‘R’, as just knowing some of her health history - I know that she is at a greater risk for a heart attack, even if her dad didn’t have those issues.

So sad, ‘T’ another co-worker’s grandmother had a stroke, she is in the ICU and we are hopeful that she will have a full recovery, although the last I heard, she is struggling.
