The Power of ONE

~ Collect food for our local food pantry.

Pan’s Cub Scout Pack, has several community service projects. Collecting food for the food pantry is one that we make sure we participate in every year. Our local food pantry has been very busy this past year. Our Community has had some major layoff’s, and plant closings.

Pan asked 10 people, if they could help. We collected the bags, and the food on my table is what was inside.

Over 70 pounds of food. I’m not sure how many families this will help feed. But I am guessing it will help provide many good meals for those that need it. What will be amazing will be to see what the other boys bring in.

The power of one multiplied by 40.

Wouldn’t that be amazing to see if those boys could stock the shelves?
